Can I modify my invitation to Russia if it contains some incorrect information?

If somehow you have made a mistake in requesting your invitation, or you simply want to change your hotels, it is possible to modify your invitation letter before submitting your visa application at the visa center or at the Consulate. In this post I’ll explain you how to do it with these three tour operators: iVisa, Russia Support and HotelsPro.

When requesting your invitation letter to Russia with a tour operator, you must fill in correctly all the requested information. It is also important to include the name and address of your hotels or apartments and never include private addresses in a tourist visa application.

  • Russia Support
  • HotelsPro

The form allows you to modify both the hotels and your personal information: name, surname, passport number, validity of the passport and date of birth.

However, if you need to change the period of your stay or nationality, then you must send an email to [email protected] requesting the modification.

Important: if you have already processed your visa including your hotels, nothing will happen if once you obtain the visa you decide to cancel them and stay at other different hotels.
