These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern access to and the purchase of the digital products offered by:

By purchasing or using our digital products, you accept these Terms.
2. Product and description
Rusalia Travel sells digital travel guides about how to travel to Russia (the «Russiable Guide» and its editions in other languages). Each guide is delivered in two complementary formats:
- An interactive web version, with private access via username and password, continuously updated.
- A downloadable PDF version, for offline reading.
The purchase includes access to future updates of the guide for as long as it remains available.
3. Purchase, payment and taxes
The products are sold directly by Rusalia Travel SL as the seller. Payment is securely processed through our payment providers, ThriveCart (sales platform) and Stripe (payment processor). This means that:
- Rusalia Travel SL is the seller and is responsible for the content, quality and delivery of the product, as well as for customer support and for issuing the invoice.
- Payment collection and the processing of payment data are carried out by ThriveCart and Stripe, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
- Rusalia Travel SL charges and remits the applicable VAT according to the buyer’s country, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Prices are shown with taxes included. The final amount is clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
4. Delivery and access
Once payment is completed, you will immediately receive the access credentials (username and password) to the web version of the guide, as well as access to the PDF version, at the email address provided at purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and to keep the credentials received.
5. License and intellectual property
The product is granted for personal, individual and non-transferable use. All content (texts, maps, images, structure and materials) is the property of Rusalia Travel SL and is protected by intellectual property law. The following is prohibited:
- Sharing, transferring or reselling the access credentials.
- Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming, in whole or in part, the content without authorization.
- Any commercial use of the product.
Rusalia Travel reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in the event of misuse, fraud or breach of these Terms, in particular the sharing of credentials.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The product consists of digital content supplied with immediate performance. In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), by purchasing the product and accessing it the buyer gives express consent to the immediate start of performance and acknowledges losing the 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the content has begun.
Refund requests, as well as any issue relating to the content or access, are handled directly with Rusalia Travel SL. You can write to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
7. Availability and updates
The guide is a living resource that is reviewed and updated whenever relevant changes occur. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Accuracy of information and limitation of liability
The information in the guide is of an indicative and practical nature and is provided in good faith based on real experience and official sources. However, travel conditions (visas, borders, payment methods, transport) may change at any time. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying the requirements applicable to their trip with the relevant official sources (consulates, border authorities, transport companies, etc.).
To the extent permitted by law, Rusalia Travel SL shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the information contained in the guide or for travel decisions made on the basis of it.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment data is processed by our payment providers, ThriveCart and Stripe, in accordance with their respective privacy notices.
10. Changes to the Terms
Rusalia Travel may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force will be the one published on this page, together with its update date.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers resident in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence shall also apply. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the applicable consumer law.
