Saint Isaac’s Cathedral<\/strong> (or Isaakievskiy Sobor<\/strong>) can be considered as one the most sumptuous and grandiose of the churches of St. Petersburg. Completed in 1858, it is one of the most important neoclassical monuments of Russian architecture of the nineteenth century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
